Viton™ B-435C by Chemours is a terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene plus cure chemicals. Contains a cure system, bonding promoter and process aid package which has been developed to impart improved processing characteristics. Viton™ B-435C is used in molding applications that require bonding to metal inserts. Forms a strong bond that can flex without failure after repeated temperature cycling and vibration in adhesives applications. Viton™ A-500 by Chemours is a dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride by Chemours. Designed for compression molding of sealing devices. Designed for use with a clean molding bisphenol curative. Forms a strong bond that can flex without failure after repeated temperature cycling and vibration in adhesive applications. Viton™ A-500 provides improved compression molding, better mold release, less mold fouling, fast cure rate and improved compression set resistance. Viton™ A-201C by Chemours is fluoroelastomer dipolymer. It is designed for injection molding of sealing devices that must meet major fluoroelastomer specifications. It offers chemical and heat resistance characteristics and significant improvements in processing & rheology. It is blended with similar Viton™ types to provide variations in processing, properties and shrinkage. It provides improved mold flow, easier mold release, less mold fouling, low viscosity, ultrafast cure rate, excellent scorch safety and excellent compression set resistance. Viton™ A-201C shows excellent storage stability and is used in adhesives. Viton™ A-401C by Chemours is a dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride, plus cure chemicals. Forms a strong bond that can flex without failure after repeated temperature cycling and vibration in adhesives applications.<br>

Viton™ B-202 by Chemours is a terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene. This low viscosity gum polymer demonstrates improved processing and rheology. It provides increased mold flow and excellent mold release properties. It shows excellent storage stability. Viton™ B-202 is used in adhesives. Viton® A-100 by Chemours is an ultra low-viscosity, gum fluoroelastomer polymer. It demonstrates improved processing and rheology. It may be blended with other Viton™ types to enhance mold flow and processibility. It shows excellent storage stability. Viton® A-100 offers excellent mold release and good compression set resistance. It is used in adhesives. It can be cured with Viton™ VC-50. Viton™ A-361C by Chemours is dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride plus cure chemicals and metal adhesion promoter. It is designed for the injection and transfer molding of parts requiring better metal adhesion along with the fluid and heat resistance characteristics. The moderate viscosity level allows for satisfactory compression molding of parts. This fully precompounded product shows reduced curative level. It offers improved processing, increased mold flow, easier mold release with less mold fouling, improved demolding hot tear and good metal bonding with standard industrial primers. Viton™ A-361C shows excellent storage stability and is used in adhesives. Viton™ A-HV by Chemours is dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride. This high viscosity fluoroelastomer dipolymer provides vulcanizates with high tensile strength and best resistance to compression set compared to other Bisphenol AF curable types. It offers high tensile strength and low compression set. It shows excellent storage stability. Viton™ A-HV is used in adhesives. Viton™ GBL-200 by Chemours is copolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, and tetrafluoroethylene plus cure site monomer. This general purpose, peroxide-curable fluoroelastomer exhibits hydrocarbon fluid resistance. Viton™ GBL-200 shows resistance to steam, acid, and aggressive engine oils. It shows excellent storage stability. It can be blended with other peroxide-curable Viton™ types to provide variations in processing, properties and shrinkage. It is used in adhesives and sealants.
