Viton™ GBL-200 by Chemours is copolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, and tetrafluoroethylene plus cure site monomer. This general purpose, peroxide-curable fluoroelastomer exhibits hydrocarbon fluid resistance. Viton™ GBL-200 shows resistance to steam, acid, and aggressive engine oils. It shows excellent storage stability. It can be blended with other peroxide-curable Viton™ types to provide variations in processing, properties and shrinkage. It is used in adhesives and sealants.
