Celvolit® 149HV by Celanese is formaldehyde-free, vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) copolymer emulsion. It exhibits high viscosity (responding with plasticizer and toluene), excellent heat resistance and adhesion performance. Celvolit® 149HV is used in general adhesive applications such as EPI wood glue and packaging. Celvolit® 1405 by Celanese is vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. This high-performance polymer emulsion has polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) as a protective colloid. It exhibits extremely low VOC and excellent heat resistance. Celvolit® 1405 offers good bonding on different substrates with a fast setting speed. It is recommended for use in lacquered substrates for envelopes folder and carton book binding. In the tobacco industry, it is used in tipping, side seaming, packaging glue and foil/paper lamination. Celvolit® 1491 by Celanese is vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. This copolymer provides good shear resistance, fast setting speed and extremely low VOC. Celvolit® 1491 exhibits good bonding on different substrates, high set speed and excellent heat resistance. Recommended for use in woodworking industry in general wood glue, D4 and EPI. For the packaging & converting industry, it is recommended for PVC lamination, kraft and coated PVC. In tobacco industry, it is used for tipping, side seaming, packaging glue and foil/paper lamination. Celvolit® 1426 by Celanese is a high-performance, vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion. Celvolit® 1426 provides high water resistance, high boiling water resistance and fast setting speed after formulation. For this emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol acts as a protective colloid. It is designed for woodworking applications such as PVC overlay, membrane press and EPI wood glue. Celvolit® 1408 by Celanese is vinyl acetate ethylene-based emulsion. This emulsion possesses high ethylene content and low glass transition temperature. It exhibits low surface tension, excellent wetting & bonding strength on low polar. It is recommended for BOPP folder carton making, PVC file making and book binding. Celvolit® 1408 can also be used for PET/PVC/OPS window patching. Celvolit® 149 LV by Celanese is a low-odor, vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion. It exhibits good adhesion, wet tack and shear resistance properties. Celvolit® 149 LV is used in cigarette (tipping, side seams). Celvolit® CP 149 by Celanese is a non-plasticized, copolymer emulsion of vinyl acetate and ethylene. Celvolit® CP 149 is used in paper and packaging adhesives, furniture foil laminations, walls and ceilings. Celvolit® 149 by Celanese is vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. It shows excellent heat- and good good shear resistance. It provides good bonding strength on different substrates and fast setting. It also acts as a protective colloid with high set speed and excellent paper adhesion. Celvolit® 149 is recommended for film substrates such as window patching (PET/PVC/OPS), BOPP folder carton making, PVC file making and book binding. This copolymer can be used in textile lamination such as general lamination, shoe-in-sole and bra-making. In the woodworking industry, it is used in PVC overlay, membrane press and EPI wood glue. Celvolit® 143 by Celanese is vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. This copolymer provides good wetting on different substrates and good bonding strength on difficult surfaces. Celvolit® 143 offers high wet tack, fast setting speed and long open time. It is suitable for both machine and manual operations. It is used in film substrates such as PET/PVC/OPS window patching, BOPP folder carton making, PVC file making and book binding. Celvolit® 1431 by Celanese is vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. It possesses extremely low-VOC, long open time and fast setting. It provides good wetting on different substrates and good bonding strength on difficult surfaces. This emulsion is suitable for both machine and manual operations. Celvolit® 1431 is used in tobacco industry for tipping, side seaming, packaging glue and foil/ paper lamination. This emulsion can also be used for difficult paper goods.
