B-Tough™ A2 by Cargill is a low polarity, epoxy functional, reactive toughening agent. It offers impact strength to structural adhesives without impacting the hardness of the matrix.

Socal® U1S2 by Imerys is an ultrafine, white and odorless coated precipitated calcium carbonate grade. It possesses a very high fineness, roundeal regular crystals and an organic surface treatment. It is used in sealants and adhesives based on polysulfide, polyurethane and silicon. Socal® U1S2 provides rheological control and good slump resistance.

ADEKA REASOAP SR-1025 by ADEKA is an APEO-free, ether sulfate type reactive anionic surfactant. It offers low foaming, fast defoaming and enhanced mechanical- and chemical stability of latex. It imparts hydrophobic properties and allows prevention of static charge depending on the formulation.

• It is also used as a resin modifier and emulsifier for emulsion polymerization.
• It provides improved adhesion, water- and corrosion resistance and transparency of polymer film.
• ADEKA REASOAP SR-1025 is designed for use in adhesives.
• It complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105 and 175.125 regulations.

EPOCROS™ WS-700 by Nippon Shokubai is a VOC-free adhesion promoter and a waterborne crosslinking agent based on acrylic, high oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) and without any by-product. It exhibits high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition.

• It provides improved film strength, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water-, heat- & solvent resistance.
• It also offers excellent adhesion to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
• It is recommended for pressure-sensitive adhesives.
• It is registered with CSCA (Japan), TSCA (USA), REACH EU (EEA) and pre-registered with KECL (Korea) regulations.
• EPOCROS™ WS-700 is one-pack type with long pot life.

Bentone® 34 by Elementis acts as a rheological additive designed for low to intermediate polarity organic systems. It is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. It prevents pigment settling during storage and syneresis in thixotropic systems.

• It improves flow and leveling and controls sagging on vertical surfaces and penetration on porous substrates.
• It increases viscosity and provides thixotropy.
• It is used in adhesives, putty & caulking compounds, underbody sealants and sound-absorbing compounds.
• Bentone® 34 has a shelf life of 4 years.

EPOCROS™ WS-500 by Nippon Shokubai is a water soluble crosslinker and adhesion promoter. It is a standard acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition. It exhibits crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) with no by-product.

• It offers improved film strength, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water-, heat- & solvent resistance.
• It shows excellent adhesion to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
• It is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives.
• It is registered with CSCA (Japan), TSCA (USA), REACH EU (EEA) and pre-registered with KECL (Korea) regulations.

Cardolite® NC-558 is a low viscosity, solvent and benzyl alcohol free phenalkamine Epoxy curing agent. It has excellent rapid cure properties, even at low temperatures, offers very good chemical resistance, and provides excellent adhesion on wet or otherwise unprepared surfaces and green concrete. Cardolite® NC-558 offers excellent water resistance, thus, provide outstanding water proofing layer. Its fast cure and good hardness makes it ideal for applications requiring fast return to service. It is recommended for 2k epoxy adhesives as an epoxy hardener in industrial, construction, and offered for potable water adhesives.

Bentone SD® -1 by Elementis is a very easily dispersible rheological additive. It is an organic derivative of bentonite clay designed for non-polar to medium-polarity aliphatic and other solvent systems.

• It provides thickening & stable viscosity build, controls sag and prevents settling of pigments & fillers.
• It is a cost-effective replacement for conventional organoclay additives.
• It eliminates the need for high shear, pregels, and polar activators.
• It is suitable for silane modified-, silicone-, PU-, & solvent-free adhesives and sealants.
• Recommended dosage level of Bentone SD® -1 is 0.2-2.0% by weight of the system.
• It has a shelf life of 4 years.
