Resi4preg by ResiCare is a unique biobased araminolic resin for preimpregnated application, free of formaldehyde replacing phenolics one developed according to REACH legislation and local regulation for workers safety.

• It is a solvent-based resin primarily processed using autoclave thermocompression.

EPON™ Resin 862 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, liquid epoxy resin manufactured from epichlorohydrin and Bisphenol-F. It contains no diluents or modifiers. It may be used as the sole epoxy resin or combined with other resins such as EPON™ Resin 828. When blended, it offers an effective way to reduce viscosity without compromising chemical and solvent resistance. The resulting resin also demonstrates improved resistance to crystallization compared to neat liquid Bisphenol-A or Bisphenol-F type resins.

• When EPON™ Resin 862 is cross-linked with appropriate curing agents, superior mechanical, adhesive, electrical properties can be obtained.
• It is used in construction, electrical, and aerospace adhesives.

TYTAN™ S6 by Borica acts as a catalyst, cross linking agent and moisture scavenger. It is a di-iso-butoxy titanium chelate (ethylacetoacetate titanate) grade.

• Exhibits improved build-up of physical properties, enhanced adhesion, and extended shelf-life through moisture scavenging.
• Offers fast curing through catalysis of hydrolysis of methoxy terminated curing agents (Si-O-Me) and increased modulus of elasticity through crosslinking with Si-OH functional groups.
• TYTAN™ S6 is suitable for RTV silicone sealants.
• It is also used in the construction, automotive and electronic industries.

Araldite® MY 9512 by Huntsman is a N,N,N',N'-Tetraglycidyl-4,4'-methylenebisbenzenamine based tetrafunctional epoxy resin. It is an aero grade. It exhibits medium viscosity. Provides outstanding performance characteristics at elevated temperatures. It has exceptionally good long-term high temperature performance, high mechanical strength retention and extremely low shrinkage. Possesses excellent chemical resistance, radiation stability, outstanding heat resistance and deflection temperature. Araldite® MY 9512 is used in high performance structural adhesives and high energy radiation resistance components. Also used in exterior vehicle (OEM), interior vehicle (OEM), vehicle assembly (OEM), battery cover sealing & battery assembly, cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, potting and encapsulating, assembly, thermally & electrically conductive, household appliance assembly, sporting goods, medical device assembly, aircraft & aerospace, marine, rail, recreational vehicle, truck, sport & leisure in adhesive applications.

EPON™ Resin 828 by Westlake Epoxy is an undiluted clear difunctional bisphenol-A/ epichlorohydrin derived epoxy resin. It provides very good mechanical, adhesive, dielectric and chemical resistance properties. It can be cured or cross-linked with a variety of curing agents depending on properties desired in the finished product and the processing conditions employed. EPON™ Resin 828 is used in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives. The shelf life of this grade is 5 years.

UV25 by Master Bond is a one-part, low VOC, UV curable system. It has medium viscosity and cures fast without oxygen inhibition. It offers optical clarity, electrical insulation and high glass transition temperature. It also offers temperature and chemicals resistance.

• It bonds well to glass, surface treated metals and plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics.
• It exhibits good mechanical properties including good adhesion and low shrinkage.
• It can also be used as a coating, bonding, sealant or encapsulant.
• Suitable for aerospace, electronics, optical and specialty OEM applications.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months.
• UV25 is RoHS compliant and meets NASA Low Outgassing specifications and withstands 100 hours at 85°C/85%RH humidity testing.

Aradur® 9664-1 by Huntsman is an aromatic amine based curing agent. It is micropulverised, aero grade 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone.

• Exhibits excellent thermal stability and high temperature properties with outstanding chemical resistance.
• Aradur® 9664-1 is used in exterior- & interior vehicle (OEM), structural assembly, battery cover sealing & battery assembly, cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, potting and encapsulating assembly.
• Other application includes thermally & electrically conductive household appliance assembly, sporting goods, medical device assembly, aircraft & aerospace, marine, rail, recreational vehicle, truck, sport & leisure adhesive applications.

Supreme 10HT by Master Bond is a durable, one-component epoxy (EP) system. It is a 100% reactive, contains no solvents or diluents, cryogenically serviceable and offers resistance to mechanical & thermal shocks. It provides high adhesion, high viscosity, high sheer- & peel strength, low shrinkage and good dimensional stability.

• It exhibits good electrical insulation, toughness, versatile cure schedules and good thermal cycling ability.
• It resists many chemicals such as acids, bases, water, oil, fuels and solvents.
• It has versatile cure and unlimited working life at room temperature.
• It has excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics and many plastics.

EP30DP-NV by Master Bond is a versatile, two component, epoxy system. It offers long working life, low exotherm, toughened system, superior toughness and excellent abrasion resistance. It is 100% reactive which does not contain any solvents or diluents.

• Its rigidity is modified by the addition of a urethane based flexibilizer and it confers a lower shore D hardness to the cross-linked entity.
• It exhibits higher elongation and excellent electrical insulation.
• It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, composites, glass and many plastics.
• It withstands rigorous thermal cycling, shock and mechanically induced vibrations.

EPON™ Resin 826 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, light colored, liquid bisphenol-A based epoxy resin. It can be crosslinked or hardened with a variety of curing agents. It produces high strength cured systems. It exhibits resistant to chemical attack and low ionic contamination. It is used in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 826 is 5 years.
