PICCOTAC™ 9095 Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer is a low molecular weight, slightly aromatic modified C5 tackifier designed for adhesives industry
- Exhibits excellent balance of peel, shear and tack properties with low odor and light color.
- Provides excellent adhesion in adhesives with styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) block copolymer.
- It is primarily used in hot melt adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives.
- PICCOTAC™ 9095 Hydrocarbon Resin is stabilized by the addition of antioxidant.
- It acts as aliphatic resin with a low level of aromatic-modifications.
- It shows compatibility with natural and synthetic rubbers, low-vinyl acetate. EVA copolymers, EnBA copolymers, APAO, SIS-, SIBS-, SEBS- and SEPS block copolymers.
- It is also compatible with polyethylene polymers, polypropylene polymers, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes, PIB, OBC, mPE, mPP, and TPE.
- Recommended for caulks and sealants, labels, hygiene adhesives, packaging, roofing, specialty tapes, tapes and other adhesive applications.
