CoatOSil™ MP 200

CoatOSil™ MP 200 by Momentive Performance Materials is an epoxy functional silane oligomer. Acts as an adhesion promoter and binder in polysulfide, urethane, epoxy and acrylic caulks, sealants and adhesives. It can react with many different organic functionalities. It has a poly-functional structure bearing gamma-glycidoxy groups. It provides better shelf life than normal monomeric silanes and better durability in solvent borne systems. It can help improve bending resistance and can minimize impact of accelerating catalyst. CoatOSil™ MP 200 can reduce emissions of methanol upon hydrolysis of the material.
