DELO® -QUICK 5975

DELO® -QUICK 5975 by DELO is a high viscous, solvent-free activator which accelerates the adhesion build-up of metal adhesives such as DELO-ML. It contains a reddish fluorescent agent. It improves humidity resistance when bonding metals such as nickel, stainless steel or aluminum. It allows speeding up production without containing solvents. The activator and adhesive can be processed using the wet-on-wet method without previous evaporation. It reduces the cycle time in the production process. Being solvent-free DELO® -QUICK 5975 eliminates the risk of solvent vapors emerging, and the associated impact on human health and environment. It can also be applied by rotor spray, endless-piston dispenser, pinch valve, brush or spray coating.
