DELO® -QUICK 5910

DELO® -QUICK 5910 by DELO is a low viscous, solvent-free activator for anaerobic adhesives. It is used for the pre-treatment of bonding surfaces to accelerate curing of DELO-ML. It also enhances the adhesion build-up of metal adhesives. It is also used for the pre-treatment of highly passivated metal surfaces plated with chrome, zinc & nickel, non-metal surfaces and passive materials. It delivers easy application control due to fluorescence. DELO® -QUICK 5910 allows speeding up production without containing solvents. Being solvent-free, the activator eliminates the risk of solvent vapors emerging, and the associated impact on human health and environment. The activator and adhesive can be processed using the wet-on-wet method without previous evaporation. It can also be applied by rotor spray, endless-piston dispenser, pinch valve, brush or spray coating. It improves humidity resistance when bonding metals such as stainless steel or aluminum. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.
