Pearlstick™ 48-60/03

Pearlstick™ 48-60/03 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is an elastic, linear, aromatic polyurethane with a very high crystallization rate and a medium-low thermoplasticity level. It enables the production of adhesives with high solids content and low viscosity. It is recommended for spray application in the automotive industry.

• It offers high performances in the green-strength of the joints and temperature resistance.
• It shows excellent heat resistance and very good freezing resistance.
• Pearlstick™ 48-60/03 is also suitable for plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC or other materials such as leather, textiles and rubber.
• The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints.
