Pearlstick™ 45-40/08

Pearlstick™ 45-40/08 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is an elastic, linear, aromatic polyurethane. It shows good hydrolysis resistance. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints.

• It is used in the production of adhesives for bonding plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC and other materials such as leather and textiles.
• Pearlstick™ 45-40/08 exhibits a very high crystallization rate and a medium thermoplasticity level.
• It is designed for use in solvent-based adhesives for the automotive, furniture, footwear, and other industries.
