BITONER® BT-1120

Thermoplastic, low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It is a tackifier. It is obtained from petroleum-derived monomers. It possesses good thermal stability, low wax cloud point and low volatility. It exhibits water resistance and heat resistance. It shows excellent balance of tack and of adhesive and cohesive properties. It shows excellent compatibility with natural rubber, SBS, SIBS, SIS etc. It is soluble in toluene, ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, benzene, hexane, butyl acetate, chlorobenzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride and chloroform. Suitable for pressure sensitive adhesives, hot melt adhesives, labels and adhesive tape.
