About Bitoner Resin

Bitoner Resin, established in 2005 and headquartered in Qingdao, China, provides hydrocarbon-resin and tackifier families widely used in adhesives. Its portfolio includes C5 aliphatic resins, C9 aromatic resins, C5/C9 hybrid systems and hydrogenated hydrocarbon-resin families. BITONER® BT-1100

BITONER® BT-1100 by Bitoner Resin is a tackifier based on C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It is obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic petroleum livestock. It is compatible with various polymers, elastomers and exhibits excellent affinity with a wide range of fillers. It shows excellent balance of tack and of adhesive & cohesive properties and exhibits good heat resistance. It shows excellent compatibility with natural rubber, SBS, SIBS, and SIS etc. It is soluble in toluene, ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, benzene, hexane, butyl acetate, chlorobenzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride and chloroform. Suitable for pressure-sensitive adhesives and adhesive tape.

BITONER® C-2120

Thermoplastic C5 hydrocarbon resin. It acts as tackifier. It is a low molecular weight, light yellow aromatic resin having good heat stability and good compatibility with natural rubbers, SIS and other polymers. It possess low volatility and low odor and performs excellent balance of tack and of adhesive and cohesive properties in rubber based PSA. It is used in hot melt adhesives, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, adhesives tapes and labels.

BITONER® BT-2110

Thermoplastic aliphatic resin. It acts as tackifier. It is a low molecular weight, slightly yellow aliphatic resin having good thermal stability and good compatibility with natural rubbers, SIS and other polymers. It possess low wax cloud point, low volatility and low odor and provides water resistance. It is used in hot melt adhesives, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives, solvent based pressure sensitive adhesives, and sealants.
