EPOXOL® EM100 by ACS Technical Products acts as a plasticizer and asphalt modifier. It is a bio-derived, highly efficient aliphatic soy ester produced using a patented process. It is compatible with common liquid asphalt cement feedstocks and can be added at the terminal or hot mix asphalt (HMA) plant. Suitable for construction, roadway products, barriers and sealants.
  • It is a non-toxic, non-volatile grade with a slight odor and low viscosity.
  • It may be used as a warm mix additive (WMA), compaction aid, anti-strip and low-temperature modifier for PG graded asphalt mix designs.
  • The recommended dosage ranges from 0.5-1% of the liquid by weight.
  • The shelf life of EPOXOL® EM100 is 36 months.
