Resi4preg by ResiCare is a unique biobased araminolic resin for preimpregnated application, free of formaldehyde replacing phenolics one developed according to REACH legislation and local regulation for workers safety.

• With biobased raw materials, Resi4preg contributes to company's sustainable strategy and petroleum resources independence.
• It is a solvent-based resin primarily processed using autoclave thermocompression.
• It is compatible with fiberglass, carbon fiber, linen, and kevlar reinforcements.
• It offers excellent thermal resistance, making it suitable for automotive, aeronautics, leisure, railway, and sandwich panel applications including buildings, cold storage, and battery packs.
• It is used in adhesives applications.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months under recommended storage conditions.

UV25 by Master Bond is a one-part, low VOC, UV curable system. It has medium viscosity and cures fast without oxygen inhibition. It offers optical clarity, electrical insulation and high glass transition temperature. It also offers temperature and chemicals resistance.

• It bonds well to glass, surface treated metals and plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics.
• It exhibits good mechanical properties including good adhesion and low shrinkage.
• It can also be used as a coating, bonding, sealant or encapsulant.
• Suitable for aerospace, electronics, optical and specialty OEM applications.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months.
• UV25 is RoHS compliant and meets NASA Low Outgassing specifications and withstands 100 hours at 85°C/85%RH humidity testing.

EPON™ Resin 828 by Westlake Epoxy is an undiluted clear difunctional bisphenol-A/ epichlorohydrin derived epoxy resin. It provides very good mechanical, adhesive, dielectric and chemical resistance properties. It can be cured or cross-linked with a variety of curing agents depending on properties desired in the finished product and the processing conditions employed. EPON™ Resin 828 is used in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives. The shelf life of this grade is 5 years.

Supreme 10HT by Master Bond is a durable, one-component epoxy (EP) system. It is a 100% reactive, contains no solvents or diluents, cryogenically serviceable and offers resistance to mechanical & thermal shocks. It provides high adhesion, high viscosity, high sheer- & peel strength, low shrinkage and good dimensional stability.

• It exhibits good electrical insulation, toughness, versatile cure schedules and good thermal cycling ability.
• It resists many chemicals such as acids, bases, water, oil, fuels and solvents.
• It has versatile cure and unlimited working life at room temperature.
• It has excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics and many plastics.
• It is suitable for aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer, appliance and automotive applications.
• It is RoHS compliant, meets NASA Low Outgassing specification and withstands 1000 hours 85°C/85% RH.
• The shelf life of Supreme 10HT is 3 to 6 months.

EPON™ Resin 825 by Westlake Epoxy is a high purity, low viscosity bisphenol A epichlorohydrin epoxy resin. It does not contain diluents or modifiers. It offers greater clarity, chemical resistance, higher heat distortion temperature and lower electrical conductivity than can be obtained with most other standard resins. It reacts with a full range of curing agents and produces high strength cured systems resistant to chemical attack. EPON™ Resin 825 is used in aerospace and specialty adhesives. It has a shelf life of 5 years.

EPON™ Resin 154 by Westlake Epoxy is epoxy resin. It is manufactured from phenolic novolac resin and epichlorohydrin. When cured with appropriate materials, highly crosslinked compositions exhibiting high chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and dimensional stability are obtained.

• It produces high strength cured systems with high resistance to chemical attack.
• EPON™ Resin 154 is used in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives.
• The shelf life of this product is 5 years.

Technicure® Nano-Dicy by A&C Catalysts is a pulverized grade of dicyandiamide, acts as a curing agent with an average particle size of about 1-2 micron. Provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates and has high glass transition temperature. Technicure® Nano-Dicy contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and improve flow.

• Due to extremely fine particle size, it reacts more fully allowing a faster cure without sacrificing formulation shelf stability.
• Technicure® Nano-Dicy can be used with accelerators to lower temperature of initiation. The type and loading level of an accelerator will provide excellent balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.
• Used in composites such as pre-pregs, one-component adhesives for auto, aerospace and electronics applications.
• Recommended use level with epoxy resin is between 3-8 phr.

EPON™ Resin 827 by Westlake Epoxy is a low-viscosity, light-colored liquid epoxy resin that reacts with a wide range of curing agents. It has lower viscosity, lower color, and lower ionic content.

• It produces high-strength cured systems with resistance to chemical attack.
• It is used in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives, and grouting compounds.

EPON™ Resin 863 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, low color, undiluted, difunctional epoxy resin produced from bisphenol-F and epichlorohydrin. It provides good resistance to crystallization. When crosslinked or hardened with appropriate curing agents, very good mechanical, adhesive, chemical and electrical properties are obtained. EPON™ Resin 863 can react with a full range of epoxy curatives for use in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives. It has a shelf life of 5 years.

EPON™ Resin 826 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, light colored, liquid bisphenol-A based epoxy resin. It can be crosslinked or hardened with a variety of curing agents. It produces high strength cured systems. It exhibits resistant to chemical attack and low ionic contamination. It is used in construction, electrical and aerospace adhesives. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 826 is 5 years.
