EP30DP-NV by Master Bond is a versatile, two component, epoxy system. It offers long working life, low exotherm, toughened system, superior toughness and excellent abrasion resistance. It is 100% reactive which does not contain any solvents or diluents.
  • Its rigidity is modified by the addition of a urethane based flexibilizer and it confers a lower shore D hardness to the cross-linked entity.
  • It exhibits higher elongation and excellent electrical insulation.
  • It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, composites, glass and many plastics.
  • It withstands rigorous thermal cycling, shock and mechanically induced vibrations.
  • It is used in electronics, aerospace, optical, specialty OEM and other applications.
  • It is also used for high performance bonding, sealing, and encapsulation applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original, unopened containers.
  • EP30DP-NV is RoHS complaint.
