ZNT-Es™ by Zyvex Technologies is a multi-wall carbon nanotube modified by a polymer system (Kentera™). It reinforces elastomers that are sulfur-cured.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The polymer modification on these nanotubes makes them easy to disperse and crosslink into the host matrix, resulting in improved mechanical properties.</li> <li>It improves durability, toughness, shock absorption, fatigue resistance, tear strength, tensile modulus, rapid gas decompression, and shear strength.</li> <li>It is suitable with ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM/EPM), nitrile rubber (NBR), natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), acrylic rubber (ACM), hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), and fluoroelastomers (FKM) that are cured using peroxide and amine chemistries.</li> <li>ZNT-Es™ is used in sports equipment, transportation, aerospace, consumer goods, industrial components, gaskets, O-rings, tires, and seals.</li> <li>Recommended loading range is 0.1 to 1.0 wt.%.</li> <li>It is listed in TSCA inventory requirements.</li></ul>

The polymer modification on these multi-wall carbon nanotubes makes them easy to disperse and crosslink into the host matrix, resulting in improved mechanical properties. Improves durability, toughness, shock absorption, fatigue resistance, tear strength, tensile modulus, rapid gas decompression and shear strength. Suitable with ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM/EPM), nitrile rubber (NBR), natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), acrylic rubber (ACM), hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), and fluoroelastomers (FKM) that are cured using peroxide and amine chemistries. ZNT -W™

Multi-wall carbon nanotube modified by a polymer system (Kentera™). It easily integrates into a wide range of aqueous solutions. High-shear mixing can also be used in making solvent dispersions. Improves durability, toughness and fatigue resistance. Suitable for epoxies and bio-applications. Main applications include sports equipments, transportation, aerospace, consumer goods and industrial components. Recommended loading range is 0.5 to 10 wt. %. Listed in TSCA inventory requirements.
