Zinc borate. Acts as flame retardant, smoke suppressant, afterglow suppressant and anti-arcing agent. It has formulations of xZnO.yB<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> . zH<sub>2</sub>O which has three crystal hydrate. It has low dehydration temperature and processing temperature. Used in EVA, PVC, polyolefin, polyurethanes, thermoplastic elastomers, rubbers etc.
