Yinox™ 235 by Zhiyi Specialty Chemicals is Benzenepropanoicacid,3,5-bis(1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-44hydroxy-C7-C9branchedalkylesters. Acts as an antioxidant. For the stabilization of polyurethane flexible slab stock foams, Yinox™ 235 prevents the formation of peroxides in the polyol during storage, transport and further protects against scorching during foaming. Because of its low volatility and very good compatibility, it is particularly well suited to use in forced air-cooling processes for polyurethane. The low volatility and very good compatibility also help to prevent fogging in automotive applications and to prevent staining of textiles (e.g. furniture, carpeting, head rests, etc.).
Yinox™ 430 by Zhiyi Specialty Chemicals acts as an antioxidant. Has high resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation and wash-out. Exhibits very good compatibility with peroxides and great synergism with carbon black. Also used as a polymerization and processing stabilizer for PP, ABS, PVC, EPDM elastomers and polybutadienes. Is effective as an anti-scorching agent for polyurethanes during condensation of TDI on polyesters and a heat stabilizer for lubricants. Used for water and gas pipes as well as high voltage cables.
Yinox™ 430 -300 by Zhiyi Specialty Chemicals acts as an antioxidant. Used as a polymerization and processing stabilizer for PP, ABS, PVC, EPDM elastomers and polybutadienes. Used in X-LPE wire & cable, HDPE/LDPE water & gas pipes.
