PUREsorb 326 by Vyridis is a benzotriazole-based UV absorber. It protects plastics and organic substrates against UV rays degradation. It is suitable for indirect food contact applications in polyolefins. It exhibits low
volatility at high temperatures and high resistance to thermal degradation. It does not form colored complexes with the metallic salts used for the curing process of polyester resins. PUREsorb 326 is very effective when used in combination with a HALS type light stabilizer in polyolefins. Its recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% for PP, 0.1-0.4% for PE, 0.2-0.3% for polyester resins and 0.5% for chlorinated, flame retardant polyester resins.
PUREstab 1098 by Vyridis is a sterically hindered phenolic primary antioxidant. It is a non-discoloring, long-term stabilizer which protects organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, polyamide polymers and fibers against thermo-oxidative degradation. It exhibits excellent compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility with very low order of oral toxicity.
It offers excellent processing, long-term thermal stability and excellent initial resin color. It is easily dispersed into the polymer by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. PUREstab 1098 is especially suitable for polyamide molded parts, fibers and films. It is also recommended for polyacetals, polyesters, polyurethanes, elastomers and other organic substrates. Its recommended dosage level is 0.05-1.0% depending on the polymer type and and stability requirements.
PUREstab 3114 by Vyridis is a highly effective sterically hindered phenolic primary antioxidant. It is an odorless and non-discoloring, long-term stabilizer which protects organic substrates such as polymers, synthetic fibers and
elastomers against thermo-oxidative degradation. It exhibits good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility with very low order of oral toxicity. PUREstab 3114 is suitable for polyolefins, homo- and copolymers, linear polyesters, PVC, polyamides and polyurethanes, elastomers such as SBS, EPR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. Recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.3% depending on substrate, processing conditions and stability requirements.
