VIBATAN® PET TRACER 03024 by Viba Group is synthetic barium sulfate in polyethylene terephthalate. It is a tracer masterbatch used for polycarbonate end-products. Also recommended for sheet extrusion and injection molding of engineered plastics. VIBATAN® PET TRACER 03024 is in compliance with EC 1907/2006 REACH. VIBATAN® PE Antiox 00867 by Viba Group is a combination of phenolic and phosphite antiox (20%) dispersed in LDPE, free from fillers, waxes or any other lubricants. Acts as an antioxidant. VIBATAN® PE Antiox 00867 is suitable for heat stabilization of polyolefines in critical and long-lasting applications. Antiox agents possesses synergy which grants extremely high performances. VIBATAN® PE BLACK 99355/ UV by Viba Group is blend of polimeric HALS and carbon black. Is a carbon black masterbatch with polyolefin as carrier polymer. Provides good UV stabilization. It has good antioxidant properties, heat and light stability. VIBATAN® PE BLACK 99355/ UV is suitable for waterproofing film producing. Used in EVA films. Complies with REACH. VIBATAN® PS White 10812 by Viba Group is 60% dispersion of titanium dioxide rutile. VIBATAN® PS White 10812 is used in polystyrene, free from fillers, waxes or other lubricants. Used as a milky white shaded masterbatch, suitable for all applications of styrenic resins, even sheet extrusion. VIBATAN® PE UV MASTER 02566 by Viba Group is blend of nickel, benzophenone and organophosphite/phenolic antioxidant in polyolefinic polymer. VIBATAN® PE UV MASTER 02566 is a masterbatch giving very good UV protection. Used in greenhouse films. Complies with REACH. VIBATAN® MB Bio Yellow 26246 by Viba Group is Yellow colored pigment, dispersion of organic pigments in a biodegradable polymer carrier, compostable, from renewable resources. Expressly developed for the coloring of compostable bio-polymers, from renewable resources. Used specifically for the production of bio-films intended for the packaging applications (shoppers) but can be used also for injection moulding or sheet extrusion for thermoforming. Is easily transformed through conventional production processes using standard equipments. Selected pigments and the special carrier make VIBATAN® MB Bio Yellow 26246 suitable for the production of end-products which have to satisfy the parameters imposed by the norm UNI EN 13432 “Packaging - Requirements for packaging recoverable through composting and biodegradation”, if used at a maximum dosage of 4.0%. To avoid possible thermal degradation of the polymer, it has to be processed at low temperatures (< 170 °C). VIBATAN® PP Antiox 00285 by Viba Group is synergic combination of phenolic and phosphite antioxidant agents (10%) dispersed in polypropylene, free from fillers, waxes or any other lubricants. Acts as an antioxidant. Suggested for thermal protection of the polymer, during processing and life of the product itself. VIBATAN® PP Antiox 00285 is suitable for production of foodstuff packaging according to the main international regulations. VIBATAN® PE/F Green 74709 by Viba Group is preparation of organic pigments in polyolefinic polymer carrier. Used as a light absorber. Designed for the production of LDPE and LLDPE films for agricultural mulching application. Manufactured films from VIBATAN® PE/F Green 74709 possess photo selective properties and they selectively filter light, avoiding the growth of weeds. VIBATAN® PS Slip 02546 by Viba Group is dispersion of a special slipping agent in crystal polystyrene, free from mineral fillers. Acts as a slip agent. Developed for the extrusion and moulding of the styrenic resins. Increases the surface slipping performance of the end-products (sheets and films). Gives a moderate processing aid performance. Helps the release of the pieces from the mould (injection moulding). May improve the denesting performances in stacked end-products (thermoforming). VIBATAN® PS Slip 02546 can be used with crystal polystyrene because the additive does not interfere with the transparency of the end-products. VIBATAN® LLDPE ANTIBLOC/SLIP 02082 by Viba Group is an antiblock masterbatch. It is a blend of synthetic silica and fatty acid amide in linear low-density polyethylene. It is recommended for flexible packaging films for the industrial sector and films for the food industry. It complies with REACH.
