Hydroxylamine sulphate. Acts as a vulcanizing agent and stabilizer. Also acts as a resin modifier, photostabilizer, and polymerization catalyst. Inhibits discoloration of textiles. Compatible with natural rubber (as stabilizer and vulcanizing agent).
