Founded in 1897, UBE is a chemical manufacturing company, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo. ETERNACOLL® PH50

ETERNACOLL® PH50 by UBE is a solvent-free liquid copolycarbonate diol. Polyurethanes produced from this grade are superior to those based on polyether diol as well as polyester diol and provides flexibility, softness, high chemical resistance as well as high mechanical properties to the final polymer. Also provides excellent hydrolytic stability, high thermal stability, enhanced scratch resistance, hardness, abrasion resistance and shear resistance.

ETERNACOLL® PH100

ETERNACOLL® PH100 by UBE is a solvent-free liquid copolycarbonate diol. Polyurethanes produced from this grade are superior to those based on polyether diol as well as polyester diol and provides flexibility, softness, high chemical resistance as well as high mechanical properties. Also provides enhanced hydrolysis resistance, higher gloss, improved scratch as well as abrasion resistance, better adhesion to metal even after weathering and better corrosion resistance by replacing the blend of a classical polyol by this polycarbonate diol.

ETERNATHANE®

ETERNATHANE® by UBE is a series of polycarbonate-based and isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer with customizable polycarbonate and isocyanate composition, for polyurethane applications requesting high performance and maximized durability in harsh conditions overtime. This prepolymer series can be supplied in a wide range of free NCO content, allowing to meet your specifications and polyurethane properties. This series present a working pot life useful for both machine and hand-batching procedures. ETERNATHANE®-based polyurethanes properties can be adjusted by using a standard or a mixture of different curative agents, such as UBE ETERNACOLL® polycarbonate diol. Polyurethanes based on ETERNATHANE® exhibit enhanced durability against extreme conditions and maintaining original performance overtime.
