PowerStab™ 7794 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is a blend of bis(2,2,6,6,-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) decanedioate and N,N’-bis (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,6-hexanediamine, polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine and 2,4,4-trimethyl-1,2-pentanamine. It is compatible with styrenic polymers such as ABS and impact polystyrene. It is good for thick applications. PowerStab™ 7794 is especially suitable for the protection of polyolefins (PP, PE, PP/EPDM and PP/PE/EPDM blends) from damage of UV radiation.

PowerStab™ 770 is recommended to use in polypropylene, impact modified PP (TPO), EPDM, polystyrene, impact polystyrene, ABS, SAN, ASA, polyurethanes, polyamides and polyacetals.

PowerStab™ NDBC by TinToll (PCC Group) is a nickel (II) dibutyldithiocarbamate-based nickel quencher light stabilizer. It is soluble in chloroform, benzene and carbon bisulfide. It is slightly soluble in acetone and insoluble in water. It improves heat resistance and is available in olive-green colored powder form. PowerStab™ NDBC is compatible with SBR, CR, chlorosul-fonated polyethylene rubber to avoid rubber crack under ozone and sunshine.

It is a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer. It exhibits excellent light stabilization performance in polyolefins (thin- and thick-section), low volatility and excellent resistance to migration. It is compatible with PE, PP, TPO, polyamide fibers, flexible and rigid PVC, styrenic, xylene XLDPE, TPE’s and polyurethanes. PowerStab™ 944 is suitable for injection molding, film, fibers and tapes.

PowerStab™ 622 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a dimethyl succinate polymer with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol. It is a non-discoloring, polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It offers low volatility, excellent resistance to migration, low basicity for reduced interactions with pigment and other stabilizers. It is compatible with EVA, PP fibers, polyurethane, polyacetals and elastomers. PowerStab™ 622 is suitable for PE applications such as injection molding, rotational molding, film and tape. Recommended dosage level is 0.05-1.5%. It is FDA-approved.

It is a low molecular weight, excellent hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is available in light yellow viscous liquid form. It is soluble in butylcarbitol, depanol J, hexanedioldiacrylate, 1-methoxyprpylacetate-2 and trimethylolpropanetriacrylate. It is compatible with polyurethanes, elastomers, flexible PVC, styrenic polymers (ABS, ASA), acrylics and unsaturated polyesters. PowerStab™ 292 is suitable for plastisols and liquid masterbatches for plastics.
