PowerStab™ 7794 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is a blend of bis(2,2,6,6,-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) decanedioate and N,N’-bis (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,6-hexanediamine, polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine and 2,4,4-trimethyl-1,2-pentanamine. It is compatible with styrenic polymers such as ABS and impact polystyrene. It is good for thick applications. PowerStab™ 7794 is especially suitable for the protection of polyolefins (PP, PE, PP/EPDM and PP/PE/EPDM blends) from damage of UV radiation.
PowerNox™ 4120 by TinToll (SINOPCC Group) is a high molecular weight sulfur containing secondary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is a pentaerythrityl tetrakis(3-laurylthiopropionate). It exhibits low volatility and high performance. It performs as a better synergist with hindered phenolic antioxidant than SONGNOXTM DLTDP & DSTDP. It exhibits high heat resistance and low leaching properties. PowerNox™ 4120 shows compatibility with PP, PE, ABS, PC-ABS and engineering thermoplastics.
PowerSorb™ 1577 by TinToll (SINOPCC Group) is a low volatility, ultraviolet light absorber. It is a 2-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-5-[(hexyl)oxy]-phenol. It allows polycarbonate and polyesters to achieve a higher resistance to weathering than conventional UV absorber. PowerSorb™ 1577 shows good compatibility with polyolefins such as low and high-density polyethylene, olefin copolymers (EPR, EPDM, EVA), polypropylene, and other polymers including polyvinyl chloride, polyesters, natural & synthetic resins, polystyrene and ABS.
