PowerNox™ 1790 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a high performance sterically hindered phenolic primary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is a 1, 3, 5-tris (2, 6-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-tert-butylbenzyl) isocyanurate. It can be used with HALS and UVA. PowerNox™ 1790 is suitable for polyolefin, polyurethane, polystyrene, polyester and polyamide fiber. PowerNox™ 2266 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)methane. It acts as a primary antioxidant. It is insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol and other organic solvents. It is used as a reducing agent, nylon whitener and synthetic fiber in plastic industry. It prevents polyphase deformation due to hot oxygen and UVA exposure of rubber products. It also prevents thermal- and light aging. PowerNox™ 2266 can also be used to passivate metal salts. It is suitable for chlorinated polyether, high impact polystyrene, ABS resin, polyformaldehyde and cellulose resin. PowerNox™ 1330 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 1,3,5-trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) benzene. It is a primary antioxiant and light stabilizer for organic polymers. It exhibits high performance in controlling degradation of polyolefins and high resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation. PowerNox™ 1330 can be used in combination with HALS or HALS and UVA. Recommended for PE and PP cable insulations and films. PowerNox™ 1135 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a primary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is an octyl-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-hydrocinnamate. It exhibits synergistic effect in combination with phosphites. It is an effective, non-discoloring stabilizer that provides excellent long term stability. It can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization. It is soluble in n-hexane, dichloromethane, polyether polyol and polyester polyol. PowerNox™ 1135 shows compatibility with PVC, ABS, PE, rubbers such as SBR, BR & NBR, synthetic fibers, waxes, fats, oils and lubricants. PowerNox™ 1010 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a primary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is a tetrakis [methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] methane. It exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with PowerNox™ 1680 and other secondary antioxidants. It can be used in polymer processing. It reduces viscosity change and gel formation. It provides long term heat stability, protects physical properties during storage and use of end-product. It can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization. PowerNox™ 1010 is suitable for polymer applications. PowerNox™ 1098 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a metal deactivator and antioxidant. It is a N,N'-hexamethylenebis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamamide). It can be used as primary insulation of PP, HDPE, LDPE and other elastomers. It protects polymer color during manufacturing, spinning or thermal fixation. It can also protect fiber during last stages of polymerization or by dry blending on nylon chips. PowerNox™ 1098 is suitable for polyamide fibers, molded articles, films, wire and cable applications. PowerNox™ 1024 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2', 3-bis [3-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl] propionohydrazide. It is a metal deactivator and antioxidant. It offers excellent extraction resistant to oil and aqueous media. It can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants to achieve synergistic performance. It is soluble in methylene chloride, n-hexane, paraffin oil and tetrahydrofuran. It is compatible with PE, PP, cross linked PE, EPDM, elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal and styrenic copolymers.
