AFLAMMIT® PCO 900 (ex TL 1260F) by Thor is an organic phosphorus-based, high performance flame retardant. It contains 24% phosphorus and is recommended for wide range of polymers, especially fibers, non-wovens and very thin walled articles like stretched films. AFLAMMIT® PCO 900 (ex TL 1260F) is also recommended for electronics, electricals, transportation and construction applications. AFLAMMIT® PLF 280 by Thor is an aromatic phosphate ester. Acts as a flame retardant. Provides low viscosity and is stable upto 300°C. It is compatible with styrenic polymers such as HIPS and ABS and their blends (PC/ABS, PPO/HIPS). AFLAMMIT® PLF 280 is recommended for electronics, electricals, transportation and construction applications. AFLAMMIT® PCI 202 by Thor is ammonium phosphate based flame retardant. It is a key component for intumescent formulations and versatile FR building-block for many applications. AFLAMMIT® PCI 202 is recommended for electronics, electricals, transportation and construction applications. AFLAMMIT® PCO 960 by Thor is organic phosphorus compound based flame retardant containing 24% phosphorus. It is non-micronized version of AFLAMMIT® PCO 900. It offers good thermal stability. It is effective for a wide range of polymers, especially fibers, non-wovens and very thin walled articles (i.e. stretched films). It is also recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation, building and construction. Isopropylated phosphate ester based flame retardant containing 8.3% phosphorus. Can be used as a plasticizer to use in PVC, rubber and flexible PUR foams and also as a processing aid for PC and PPO. Recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation, construction. AFLAMMIT® PCO 700 by Thor is organic phosphorus compound based flame retardant with extremely strong FR effect. It is recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation and construction. It is thermally stable up to 200°C-210°C. AFLAMMIT® PMN 525 by Thor is melamine cyanurate based flame retardant. Standard FR for unfilled polyamide 6 and 6.6. It can be effectively combined with other FRs for use in other resins. It is recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation and construction. AFLAMMIT® PMN 200 by Thor is melamine polyphosphate based flame retardant. It has higher heat stability. It shows low water solubility. It can be used alone in certain thermosets but is generally combined with more powerful phosphorus FRs. It is recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation and construction. AFLAMMIT® PMN 500 by Thor is high quality melamine powder based flame retardant. It acts as main blowing agent used in intumescent formulations. It is mainly used as a synergist with phosphorus FRs in thermosets. It is recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation and construction. AFLAMMIT® PMN 185 by Thor is melamine orthophosphate based flame retardant. It act as an acid donor and blowing agent. It has relatively low temperature of decomposition (200°C) which should be borne in mind for sequencing the intumescent reactions. It can be used alone in certain thermosets but is generally combined with more powerful phosphorus FRs. It is recommended for electronics and electricals, transportation and construction.
