Synclear -D by Synchemer acts as a clarifying agent. It is a (1,3:2,4) dibenzylidene sorbitol available in white powder form. It is used as a component for poly nucleation systems in polypropylene block. Synclear -D is suitable for polypropylene homopolymer, random copolymer for thermoformed products, and extruded/blown films. Synclear -NA10 by Synchemer is a sodium 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphate. It is a highly efficient nucleating agent available in fine powder form. Synclear -NA10 shows compatibility with polypropylene, PET, PBT and polyamide resins. Synclear -NA20 by Synchemer is an aluminium hydroxybis[2,2'-methylen-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate]. It acts as a highly efficient nucleating and clarifying agent. It provides excellent transparency and improved mechanical properties such as flexural modulus, crystallization temperatures and HDT surface hardness in semi-crystalline polymers. It offers excellent extraction resistance and no plate-out, exudation or odor during processing. Synclear -NA20 is compatible with polypropylene, PET, PBT and polyamides. Synclear -3 by Synchemer is an efficient 1,3:2,4-bis(3,4-dimethylbenzylidene) sorbitol nucleating agent. It can be used in the form of masterbatch and also in conjunction with white oil or other appropriate dispersing agents.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Synclear -3 is compatible with polyolefins used in homopolymer and copolymer polypropylene and LLDPE films.</li>
<li>It is also compatible with super high molecular weight polyethylene.</li>
<li>Synclear -3 can be processed using injection molding at 250-270°C.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of Synclear -3 in polypropylene is 0.1-0.35% and in LLDPE is 0.1-0.2%.</li></ul> Synclear -3940 by Synchemer is a highly effective (1,3:2,4)diparamethyldibenzylidene sorbitol clarifier. It is available in white powder form. Synclear -3940 is compatible with polypropylene homopolymer and random copolymers.
