SUKANO® Mobility Aid Solution by Sukano is an additive masterbatch designed to improve production efficiency in Injection Stretch Blow Molded (ISBM) PET bottles. It helps maintain clarity, keeps PET production running without interruption. It allows bottle makers and brand owners to run their conveyor-belt systems and production robots without the need for a spray coating. Even at low concentrations, it disperses consistently through the PET material, reducing its coefficient of friction (COF), and modifying the surface texture with a microstructure. SUKANO® Mobility Aid Solution produces a silicone-like mobility aid effect in PET material yet preserves material clarity with minimal impact on haze. It is suitable for clear, translucent, and colored bottles produced for personal care, household and cleaning, cosmetics, as well as food and beverage applications. SUKANO® C uv S552 by Sukano is an additive masterbatch containg effective substance in PC carrier resin. Acts as a UV light stabilizer. Possess very good processing volatility, low initial color giving better appearance at point of sale. Suitable for coextrusion and sheet extrusion. SUKANO® C uv S552 is recommended for outdoor application. The dosage rate is 13%. It has a shelf life of 10 years. SUKANO® TA17-12 MB02 by Sukano is an additive masterbatch, with a brownish tone, containing effective substance in PA6 carrier resin. Acts as an antimicrobial agent. Utilizes natural antimicrobial power of silver to inhibit growth of odor-causing bacteria. Possess the lowest amount of silver and effective in very low concentration. Imparts no negative influence on polymer and fiber color. SUKANO® TA17-12 MB02 offers high durability to washing (upto 300). Recommended for sportswear, socks and stocking, underwear, home textiles, nonwovens, technical textiles, work wear and medical textiles. The dosage rate is 0.5-1.0 %. SUKANO® Antifogging by Sukano is an antifogging agent designed to be used at 100% in cold application to prevent fogging in packaging surfaces. It is suitable for all kind of coex films (rigid and orientated) with copolyester compound in one cap layer of film extrusion line A/B structure and PET as core layer.<br>

It is suitable for fibers improved protection, enhanced retention of yarn tenacity and elongation of polyester fibers. It keeps the product functionality for a longer period while maintaining its original mechanical properties. It can support the selection and recommendation of the most suitable product per application and customer requirements. It is designed for PET and PBT polymer. SUKANO® Nucleating Agent by Sukano is a nucleating agent designed for a faster crystallization process. It forms many small nucleation sites, which increase the speed of crystallization and generate a uniform crystalline structure. This results in reduced cycle times, uniform part quality, in addition to improved thermal and visual properties in transparent and opaque PLA films. It is suitable for polypropylene and crystalline polyethylene terephthalate. Additive masterbatch containg effective substance in PC carrier resin. Acts as a UV light stabilizer. Possess very good processing volatility, very good color retention for long-term use, low initial color giving better appearance at point of sale. Suitable for coextrusion and sheet extrusion. Recommended for outdoor application. The dosage rate is 13%. It has a shelf life of 10 years. SUKANO® NIR detectable Black by Sukano is a black masterbatch. It is designed for PET to beautify the product while ensuring recyclability. Titanium dioxide based white colored masterbatch. Offers gloss, high opacity and excellent pigment dispersion. Provides protection to light sensitive content. Recommended for diary containers e.g. milk bottles. Compatible with PET. Compliant with food contact approval.
