SUKANO® Mobility Aid Solution

SUKANO® Mobility Aid Solution by Sukano is an additive masterbatch designed to improve production efficiency in Injection Stretch Blow Molded (ISBM) PET bottles. It helps maintain clarity, keeps PET production running without interruption. It allows bottle makers and brand owners to run their conveyor-belt systems and production robots without the need for a spray coating. Even at low concentrations, it disperses consistently through the PET material, reducing its coefficient of friction (COF), and modifying the surface texture with a microstructure. SUKANO® Mobility Aid Solution produces a silicone-like mobility aid effect in PET material yet preserves material clarity with minimal impact on haze. It is suitable for clear, translucent, and colored bottles produced for personal care, household and cleaning, cosmetics, as well as food and beverage applications.

SUKANO® C uv S552

SUKANO® C uv S552 by Sukano is an additive masterbatch containg effective substance in PC carrier resin. Acts as a UV light stabilizer. Possess very good processing volatility, low initial color giving better appearance at point of sale. Suitable for coextrusion and sheet extrusion. SUKANO® C uv S552 is recommended for outdoor application. The dosage rate is 13%. It has a shelf life of 10 years.

SUKANO® TA17-12 MB02

SUKANO® TA17-12 MB02 by Sukano is an additive masterbatch, with a brownish tone, containing effective substance in PA6 carrier resin. Acts as an antimicrobial agent. Utilizes natural antimicrobial power of silver to inhibit growth of odor-causing bacteria. Possess the lowest amount of silver and effective in very low concentration. Imparts no negative influence on polymer and fiber color. SUKANO® TA17-12 MB02 offers high durability to washing (upto 300). Recommended for sportswear, socks and stocking, underwear, home textiles, nonwovens, technical textiles, work wear and medical textiles. The dosage rate is 0.5-1.0 %.
