MERPOL® A by Stepan Company is an alcohol phosphate providing low foam, wetting and emulsification. It acts as an anti-static agent and pigment dispersant. It is used as a lubricating agent for rubber part assembly. MERPOL® A is suitable for use in plastic applications. MERPOL® HCS by Stepan Company is a stabilizer for natural and synthetic rubber latexes. It is an effective non-ionic wetting agent and emulsifier. It acts as a non-ionic surfactant and pigment dispersant. MERPOL® HCS is suitable for use in textile manufacturing and in paper manufacturing. Applications include textile, synthetic fibers and textile scouring. It is cleared under FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 176.180 and 176.210. MERPOL® SH by Stepan Company is a lubricant for rubber part assembly. It is a nonionic surfactant providing effective wetting and emulsification properties. Possesses surface tension reduction and medium range cloud point (50°C). MERPOL® SH is cleared under FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 176.180, 176.200 and 176.210. MERPOL® MP by Stepan Company is a neutralized alcohol phosphate grade. Used as an anti-static agent for use in polyolefin fibers, plastics and films and on carpet. MERPOL® MP lowers electrical resistivity to the surfaces to which it is applied.
