IGI® 1242A Wax Pellets by Sovereign Chemical is a paraffin wax grade. It acts as a processing aid and release agent. It is compatible with natural rubber, synthetic elastomers and plastics. It exhibits synergism with p-phenylene diamine (PPD) antidegradants for maximum static ozone protection and non-staining that can be used in white compounds. It is approved by FDA Regulations 21 CFR 178.3710 for use in non-food articles in contact with food. The shelf life of IGI® 1242A Wax Pellets is 5 years.
