ZEOSIL® 175GR by Solvay is a precipitated amorphous silica for the reinforcement of rubber compounds. It is used in green tires and industrial applications.
ZEOSIL® 1165MP by Solvay is HDS micropearl based on precipitated amorphous silica. It improves tire rolling resistance and grip balance. It is used in manufacturing of rubber goods for reinforcement. ZEOSIL® 1165MP is also used in the manufacturing of plastics products including compounding, conversion and polymer preparation.
ZEOSIL® 1115MP by Solvay is precipitated amorphous silica. It improves wet grip. ZEOSIL® 1115MP is used in PC/LT winter tire and motorbikes tires.
ZEOSIL® 195MP by Solvay is silicon dioxide. This HDS micro pearl improves tire rolling resistance and grip balance. ZEOSIL® 195MP is used in green tires and industrial rubber applications.
ZEOSIL® 195GR by Solvay is silicon dioxide. This HDS granule improves tire rolling resistance and grip balance. ZEOSIL® 195GR is used in green tires and industrial rubber applications.
ZEOSIL® 165GR by Solvay is precipitated amorphous silica for reinforcement applications. This HDS granule offers good tire performance compromise. ZEOSIL® 165GR is used in manufacturing of rubber goods.
ZEOSIL® 115 GR by Solvay is precipitated amorphous silica. It improves wet grip. ZEOSIL® 115 GR is used in PC/LT winter tire and motorbikes tires.
ZEOSIL® 132 by Solvay is a high purity, milled, amorphous precipitated silica-based reinforcement agent. It is used in silicone rubber. ZEOSIL® 132 provides very good electrical properties, swelling resistance, reduced discoloration and low moisture. It offers very good dispersibility, medium-high surface area and good transparency.
ZEOSIL® 1135 MP by Solvay is highly dispersible, amorphous precipitated silica-based reinforcement agent in automotive tire industry. It provides improved wear resistance and grip on wet or snow-covered surfaces, lower rolling resistance and temperature rise. This product reduces road noise and gives more comfortable ride and low temperature grip. ZEOSIL® 1135 MP offers high dispersion level, very good absorption resistance, processability, tear and tensile strength.
ZEOSIL® 215 GR by Solvay is highly dispersible, amorphous precipitated silica-based reinforcement. It is used in automotive tire industry. This product gives improved wear resistance and grip on wet or snow-covered surfaces, lower rolling resistance and temperature rise. ZEOSIL® 215 GR reduces road noise and provides more comfortable ride and low temperature grip. It offers medium dispersion level, very good absorption resistance, tear & tensile strength and good processability.
