OREVAC® CA100 by SK Functional Polymer is a chemically functionalized polypropylene with a high content of maleic anhydride. The grafted maleic anhydride induces polarity to polypropylene and so it exhibits outstanding adhesion properties on glass and natural fibers, and mineral fillers. <br>

<li>It has a shelf life of 3 years. </li></ul> OREVAC® T 9318 by SK Functional Polymer is a random terpolymer of ethylene, vinyl acetate and maleic anhydride. Acts as a coupling agent. It is made by high-pressure radicalar polymerization process. Exhibits high transparency, low haze, and offers good softness, flexibility, polarity, and reactivity. Is compatible with polyethylene in all proportions, and with other ethylene copolymers. Can be processed using blown film, cast film or coextrusion. OREVAC® T 9318 is recommended for cable compounds formulations. Shelf life is two years from the date of delivery. OREVAC® 18507 by SK Functional Polymer is a chemically functionalized, maleic anhydride grafted high-density polyethylene grade. Acts as a coupling agent. Offers outstanding mechanical properties, high tensile strength at break and good elongation, good abrasion and good chemical resistance. OREVAC® 18507 is suitable for halogen free flame retardant cable compounds. Can be processed using extrusion. Grafted maleic anhydride induces polarity and leads to outstanding adhesion properties on natural fibers and mineral fillers. Shelf life is two years from the date of delivery. OREVAC® IM300 by SK Functional Polymer is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene available in the form of pellets. Acts as an impact modifier. Offers softness, reactivity and excellent processability. OREVAC® IM300 is compatible with large range of engineering polymers such as polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12 etc). Can be processed using injection molding and compounding. Shelf life is two years from the date of delivery. OREVAC® IM800 by SK Functional Polymer is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene grade available in the form of pellets. Acts as an impact modifier. Offers softness, and good reactivity. OREVAC® IM800 is compatible with large range of engineering polymers such as polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12 etc). It is especially suitable when high performances at very low temperatures (-40°C) are required. Can be processed using compounding. Shelf life is two years from the date of delivery. Maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene. Acts as a coupling agent for the production of halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) compounds. It is designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and mineral fillers. It helps to achieve superior mechanical properties and better water aging resistance. The high content of grafted MAH makes it an excellent coupling agent between polyolefin and mineral fillers such as aluminium trihydrate (ATH), magnesium dihydrate (MDH), brucite, etc. It is compatible with evatane, LLDPE and ATH. Used to develop a reliable bonding strength onto FBE (fusion bonded epoxy) steel pipe protective layer. It is also used in jacketing of low voltage cables and for the production of cable compounds with most common types of equipment (internal mixer, co-kneader, twin screw extruder).
