NAUGARD® 445 stabilizer by SI Group is a highly effective, non-discoloring, solid aromatic amine type antioxidant. It is suitable for polyolefins, styrenics, polyols and polyamide applications. It offers very good performance at processing temperatures.

NAUGARD® 445 stabilizer exhibits strong synergy with other types of antioxidants such as phenolics and phosphites.

NAUGARD® PS-4830 stabilizer blend by SI Group is polyol stabilizer, blend of phenolic and aminic antioxidants. It reduces thermal scorch effects in flexible polyurethane manufacture. It exhibits low volatility, low viscosity providing good protection against degradation due to heat and oxygen. This antioxidant is soluble in polyols and provides effective balance of phenolic and aminic antioxidants to minimize surface discoloration of products such as flexible polyurethane foams. The shelf life of NAUGARD® PS-4830 stabilizer blend is two years. NAUGARD® FOAMPLUS LE 5 by SI Group is an ultra low emissive liquid antioxidant formulation for scorch protection of polyether and polyester polyols used for production of polyurethane, especially flexible slabstock foams. It provides good protection against degradation due to heat and oxygen. It is designed to meet the stringent VOC and FOG emissions specifications (such as VDA 278) as set by the automotive industry. It is superior as it significantly reduces emissions compared to current industry standards. NAUGARD® FOAMPLUS LE 5 has a low viscosity and is therefore easily dosable. Its typical usage levels in polyols ranges from 3.50 ppm to 4.50 ppm as starting concentration. As post treatment additive, the concentration ranges from 4.00 ppm to 8.00 ppm. NAUGARD™ PS30 by SI Group is a liquid amine antioxidant developed specifically for use in polyether polyols to reduce scorch associated with flexible urethane foam production. It is used in technical rubber goods and foams. NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q by SI Group is a highly purified stabilizer. It is an effective processing and long-term heat stabilizer for a variety of application areas in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and ethylene-propylene copolymers. NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q is used in wire & cable and consumer products. Distearyl thiodipropionate. Acts as an antioxidant for polyolefins and other polymeric systems and as an auxiliary stabilizer in conjunction with primary antioxidant for polypropylene, polyethylene, and synthetic rubbers. Promotes long-term ambient aging properties. Offers very good color, processing and aging stability. N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine. Acts as a polymerization inhibitor. Reduces polymer formation in monomer manufacture processes. Exhibits superior performance to dinitrophenol polymerization inhibitors, especially at elevated temperatures. Shows dramatic decrease in viscosity of tars. Possesses high solubility in ethylbenzene as well as styrene monomer and low toxicity. Attains maximum performance in the presence of air. Dilauryl thiodipropionate. Acts as an antioxidant for polyolefins and other polymeric systems and as an auxiliary stabilizer in conjunction with primary antioxidant for polypropylene, polyethylene as well as synthetic rubbers. Promotes long-term ambient aging properties. Offers very good color, processing and aging stability. N, N'-Bis(1,4-dimethylpentyl)-p-phenylenediamine. Acts as a polymerization inhibitor. Offers high solubility in organic solvents. Exhibits very low polymer formation and low viscosity of tar. Has low toxicity and high solubility in organic solvents. Attains maximum performance in the presence of air. Blend of N-(1,4-dimethylpentyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and 2-sec-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol. Acts as a polymerization inhibitor. Exhibits superior performance to dinitrophenol polymerization inhibitors, especially at elevated temperatures. Is a unique blend of both a true inhibitor (I-3) and a retarder (I-5). Offers higher solubility in ethylbenzene and styrene than dinitrophenol inhibitors.
