Hope MB100 by Shanghai Hope-chem is a halogen-free, intumescent flame retardant masterbatch. It offers low density, good thermal stability, water-, light-aging resistance and low smoke generation. It is free from precipitation and poison. It is designed for polyolefins such as PP, PE and TPV with phosphorus and nitrogen. Hope MB100 can be used in infilling system PP, used together with talcum powder can reach UL 94 V-0 at 1.6 mm. Hope MB1400 by Shanghai Hope-chem is a flame retardant masterbatch. It contains acid-, gas- and carbon sources. It offers low density, thermal stability, low smoke generation and less mold corrosion. It will not lead to the phenomenon of the water-sliding surface during the process of extrusion due to its ammonium polyphosphate free system. It is free from the anti-dripping agent. Hope MB1400 is designed for PP with the requirement of high temperature and water solubility and glass fiber reinforced. It is also suitable for polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin products.
