Hope MB100 by Shanghai Hope-chem is a halogen-free, intumescent flame retardant masterbatch. It offers low density, good thermal stability, water-, light-aging resistance and low smoke generation. It is free from precipitation and poison. It is designed for polyolefins such as PP, PE and TPV with phosphorus and nitrogen. Hope MB100 can be used in infilling system PP, used together with talcum powder can reach UL 94 V-0 at 1.6 mm.
