NanoFLON® 119N is a virgin polytetrafluoroethylene micronized powder by Shamrock. It acts as a slip- and release agent. It is recommended for thermoplastics, elastomers, micromolding and thin film applications. It is compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polystyrene, polycarbonate and other engineering plastics. It offers abrasion resistance, easy dispersion, reduced friction, reduced noise, improved wear resistance and high surface area. The dosage level of NanoFLON® 119N is 5-20%. NanoFLON® 101T by Shamrock is a virgin micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Acts as a processing aid. It reduces noise and friction. It enhances wear resistance and stick-slip response. Designed for food processing, machine parts and medical devices. recommended for thermoplastics and elastomers. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. Meets with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550. Recommended dosage level of NanoFLON® 101T ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. NanoFLON® 160N is a low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene powder by Shamrock. It acts as a thickening agent. It offers high surface area, reduced wear, reduced noise and improved release properties. It is recommended for automotive and other industrial applications. NanoFLON® 160N is approved by FDA and NSF. NanoFLON® 114T by Shamrock Technologies is a virgin polytetrafluoroethylene micronized powder by Shamrock. It acts as a slip- and release agent. It offers abrasion resistance, easy dispersion, reduced friction, reduced noise, improved wear resistance and high surface area.
