MicroFLON® S-205 by Shamrock Technologies is a micronized virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Acts as a processing aid and lubricant for thermoplastics and elastomers. Exhibits high thermal stability and improves stick-slip response. It reduces friction and noise. Offers good lubrication, easy dispersion and good wear resistance. It is a finest in process-controlled grade. Designed for high temperature applications. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. Ideal for polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide and polyether ether ketone. Recommended dosage level of MicroFLON® S-205 ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. MicroFLON® T-707 by Shamrock Technologies is a micronized, recycled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based processing aid. It can be compounded into polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polycarbonate, and other engineering plastics. It is also effective in elastomers and blends of various engineering plastics.<br>
