SABOSTAB® UV 91 by Sabo is a hindered amine light stabilizer blend. It has synergistic performance with high molecular weight HALS, benzoate light stabilizers and UV absorbers. This additive imparts superior solubility and compatibility with polyolefins, for fewer problems relating to exudation (blooming) than other low molecular weight HALS. SSABOSTAB® UV 91 outperforms other HALS in polyolefin substrates in terms of color stability, gloss retention and property retention. Its concentrate form provides easy handling and dosing in polymer processing operations. It is used in PP and PE film, tape, and injection molding applications and TPO. Also, used in polyacetals, polyamides, styrenic polymers (ABS, ASA) and polyurethanes. Its applications include PP and TPO automotive parts, TPO roofing membranes, PE crates, and PP outdoor furniture. Recommended dosage for this product is 0.05 to 1.5%, depending upon the application. SABOSTAB® UV 70 by Sabo is a non-discoloring, hindered amine light stabilizer. It provides excellent light stabilization performance in thick-section applications. This granular & low-dusting product is compatible with PP, TPO, styrenic polymers (HIPS, SAN, ABS, ASA), polyamides, polyurethanes, polyacetals, acrylics and elastomers. It is also suitable for use in thin section applications such as PP film and tapes. Recommended dosage is 0.05-0.6%, depending upon the application. It is listed on the ECL, ENCS, EINECS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, AICS, DSL, TCSI and TSCA chemical inventories. The shelf life of SABOSTAB® UV 70 is 5 years. SABOSTAB® UV 312 by Sabo is oxanilide-based UV absorber. It provides excellent light stability in plastics. This additive imparts low volatility and excellent compatibility with polar plastics. SABOSTAB® UV 312 is less discoloring than conventional UV absorbers, even in alkaline environments and in the presence of metal catalyst residues. It can be used in combination with optical brighteners without interference. It is used for broad range of applications including polyamides, PVC (rigid and flexible), polyesters (thermoplastic and thermoset), polyurethanes. The typical usage level is 0.1-1%, depending upon the application. The shelf life of this product is 3 years. SABOSTAB® UV 26 by Sabo is a liquid polyoxyethylene hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is soluble in water and very polar organic media for ease of incorporation into a broad range of resins, emulsions, and dispersions systems. It is chemically reactive with organic acids and esters. The shelf life of SABOSTAB® UV 26 is 5 years. SABOSTAB® UV 119 by Sabo is a high molecular weight, hindered amine light stabilizer featuring reduced interaction with agricultural chemicals, pigments and fillers. This additive is used in PE-based agricultural films, PP fibers and talc-filled PP & TPO automotive parts. Also, used in PS, ABS, SBR, ASA, polyamide fibers, polyurethanes and elastomers. SABOSTAB® UV 119 is used in PE fibers & thick cross section, PP thick cross section and PVC. SABOSTAB® UV 229 50PP 50PP by Sabo is a light stabilizer blend in concentrated form. SABOSTAB® UV 229 50PP is used in PP film and tape, PP and TPO injection molding applications (including both unfilled and mineral filled grades). Its applications include PP & TPO automotive exterior and interior parts, low total carbon emission, TPO roofing membranes and PP outdoor furniture. Recommended dosage for this product is 0.2 to 3%, depending upon the application. It is listed on the ECL, EINECS, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, NECI, AICS, DSL and TSCA chemical inventories. It is also recommended for systems containing carbon black. This additive possesses extensive food contact clearances. The typical addition levels for SABOSTAB® UV 62 range from 0.05-1.5%, depending upon the application. It is listed on the ECL, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, TCSI, AICS, DSL and TSCA chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 5 years.
