Masterbatch containing an endothermic foaming agent. It provides many benefits like rapid degassing, no discoloration, reduction of cycle time and improves processing. It is used to foam thermoplastic resins to impart a uniform cell structure which promotes improved surfaces and property retention. It decomposes to release gas when heated to their activation temperature. It is a high gas yield that is to be used in injection molding and extrusion processes for weight reduction. It is provided in masterbatch form to facilitate handling and processing
