Plamtar-BDDP by Polymate Additives is tetrabromobisphenol A bis (2, 3-dibromopropyl ether). Acts as a flame retardant. It contains both aliphatic and aromatic bromine with optimal thermal stability. It is usually used with antimony trioxide for maximum flame performance. Plamtar-BDDP is compatible with PP and HIPS (at low dosage).
