Palst-622 by Polymate Additives is Poly (4-hydroxy-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol-alt-1, 4-butanedoic acid). Acts as a hindered amine light stabilizer. It is a white crystal powder. It exhibits excellent hot processing stability, nice compatibility in resin, satisfies extractability against water and extreme low volatility and migratory. Optimum effects are obtained when used together with antioxidants and UV absorbers. It is sanctioned by FDA for use in food packages. Compatible with PE, PP, PA, PS, ABS and PU. Recommended dosage in PE agricultural film: 0.3-0.6%.
Pamsorb-531 by Polymate Additives is 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone. Acts as a light stabilizer. It absorbs ultra-violet rays of 240-340 nm. It is of light color, non-toxic, shows good compatibility, small mobility and easy processing. Compatible with PE, PVC, PP, PS, PP fiber, ethylene-vinyl acetate. Recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
Plaox-B225 by Polymate Additives is a blend of Plaox 1010 {tetrakis [methylene-3-(3, 5-di-ter-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl-propionate)] methane} and Plaox-168 {tri-(2,4-di-tert-butyl-phenyl)-phosphite} in the ratio 1:1. Acts as an antioxidant. It can retard heated- and oxidative degradation of polymer substances during processing and in application. Compatible with PE, PP, PC, ABS resin. Recommended dosage for Plaox-B225 is 0.1-0.8 phr.
