FASCAT® 4208X

by PMC Group

FASCAT® 4208X by PMC Group is dibutyltin bis (2-ethylhexoate) in 50% xylene. It acts as a crosslinking catalyst. It offers ease of processing. It shows moderate activity as a curing catalyst for silanol condensation polymerization reactions. It may be used in one or two component systems which are compatible with aromatic solvents. Used in the production of silicones. It is incorporated into the final product and does not require removal. FASCAT® 4208X has a recommended use level of 1.3%.

FASCAT® 4210

by PMC Group

FASCAT® 4210 by PMC Group is a dibutyltin dichloride. Acts as a crosslinking accelerator. Insoluble in water and soluble in ether, benzene, alcohol, organic esters, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. In solution, it slowly hydrolyzes to an organotin oxide. FASCAT® 4210 is useful as a reactive additive for modification of synthetic rubber, such as polybutadiene, thereby improving carbon black dispersibility into the compound.

FASCAT® 4233

by PMC Group

FASCAT® 4233 by PMC Group is a proprietary butyltin mercaptide compound. Acts as a crosslinking accelerator. It may provide more of a delayed action cure compared to organotin carboxylates such as FASCAT 4202. FASCAT® 4233 is used in the curing of polyurethanes.

FASCAT® 4224

by PMC Group

FASCAT® 4224 by PMC Group is dibutyltin bis(thioglyceride). Acts as a crosslinking catalyst. It is highly selective for polyurethane system.

FASCAT® 4202

by PMC Group

FASCAT® 4202 by PMC Group is dibutyltin dilaurate-based catalyst. It is used to cross-link polyethylene/silane copolymer systems for the wire and cable industry. It drives the addition of alcohols with isocyanates to accelerate and complete the formation of urethanes. FASCAT® 4202 can be used as a gelling catalyst in the manufacture of flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. It is in liquid form for ease of processing.

FASCAT® 2004

by PMC Group

Stannous chloride. Acts as a crosslinking accelerator. Is a solid catalyst that can be used for the formation of esters from acids and alcohols where removal of the catalyst is desirable after completion of the reaction. It is hygroscopic and is sensitive to oxidation or exposure to oxidizing agents. It is used in the production of thermoplastic elastomers and as a raw material to produce other stannous tin derivatives. Recommended for industrial application.

FASCAT® 4200

by PMC Group

Dibutyltin diacetate. Acts as a crosslinking catalyst. Offers ease of processing, and can be used at temperatures up to 250°C. It is incorporated into the final product and does not require removal. Used in transesterification reactions, silanol condensation reactions, and urethane cross-linking reactions.

FASCAT® 4103

by PMC Group

FASCAT® 4103 by PMC Group is monobutyltin trichloride. Acts as a crosslinking accelerator. FASCAT® 4103 is used in transesterification reactions, silanol condensation reactions, and urethane cross-linking reactions.
