Accinox ODPS is a di octylated diphenyl amine. Acts as an antioxidant. Is highly effective in NR & BR and is exceptionally effective in Neoprenes where it can provide very great enhancement of heat and ozone resistance. Is also a popular stabilizer used in oils & lubricants. Accinox ZC is a N-(1,3- dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylene diamine. Acts as a powerful antiozonant cum antioxidant. Is insoluble in water and soluble in acetone. Possesses outstanding heat ageing and flex-cracking resistance properties. Resists degradation of rubber by heavy metal contaminations too. Accinox BL is a condensation product of acetone and diphenylamine. Acts as a heat resistant and anti-flex cracking antioxidant. Provides a combination of excellent resistance to flex cracking and heat ageing. Is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in petroleum ether and soluble in acetone and chloroform. Is a staining antioxidant and may stain by migration. Plays an important role in suppressing sulphur blooming in tread rubber compounds which are required to store at room temperature for prolong periods. Specially suited for tyres, belting and a wide range of mechanical rubber goods. Could be used as a stabilizer for production of oil extended SBR. Accinox 100 is a mixed Diaryl -p- phenylene diamine. Acts as an antiozonants. Provides excellent antiflex cracking resistance and also possesses good heat ageing property. Also imparts mild antiozonant properties. Is highly staining and discoloring. Recommended for black filled compounds. Accinox B is a condensation product of acetone and diphenylamine. Acts as a staining antioxidant. Confers very good heat resistance and good flex cracking resistance. Disperses readily in rubber and does not bloom. Possesses metal inhibition properties to some extent and recommended for cable insulations, rubber to brass bonding, hoses and latex foam, gloves & coir mattress compounds. Used in automotive tubes, curing bags and in mechanical rubber goods. Is suitable for use in latex compounds. Accinox 445 is a 4,4’-Bis(a,a-dimethylbenzyl) diphenylamine. Acts as an antioxidant. Provides an extremely effective antioxidant system for EPDM and NBR compounds for high temperature applications in combination with synergistic antioxidants. Often used as aqueous dispersions in latex compounds for improving resistance to heat and embrittlement during aging. Used for protection against heat and oxidative degradations in NR and synthetic rubbers including BR, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM covering uses in beltings, hoses, seals, gaskets and other automotive/industrial rubber products. Accinox BL 75S is an acetone / diphenylamine condensate (75% w/w) in precipitated silica carrier. Acts as a heat resistant and anti-flex cracking antioxidant. Provides a combination of excellent resistance to flex cracking and heat ageing properties in rubber compounds. Is a staining antioxidant and may stain by migration, hence recommended for black filled compounds only. Is specially suited for tyres, belting and a wide range of mechanical rubber goods. Accinox TQ by PMC Group is a polymerized 1,2 dihydro 2,2,4 -trimethyl quinoline. Acts as a general purpose staining antioxidant. Offers a good level of heat ageing and possesses moderate antiflex cracking properties. Is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in petroleum ether and soluble in toluene. Accinox TQ can be used in a wide variety of rubbers. Accinox MBI by PMC Group is a 2 - mercapto benzimidazole. Acts as a secondary antioxidant. Is insoluble in water and soluble in methanol. Does little help in improving flex – crack resistance properties. Imparts entirely non-staining and non-discoloring. Used in the rubber industry as it inhibits little ageing properties in rubber compounds. Accinox MBI is used primarily as synergistic additive for other antioxidants of both amine and phenolic types especially in improving heat ageing resistance and countering metallic contaminations. Accinox SP by PMC Group is a mixture of styrenated phenols. Acts as a non-staining mild antioxidant. Used in natural, synthetic rubbers and latices. Accinox SP is also used as a stabilizer for SBR and synthetic rubbers.
