Dyspergator OSKAR by PCC Group is a sodium salt of polymerized naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. Acts as a dispersant and emulsifier. It is a brown liquid that is soluble in ethyl alcohol and water. Suitable for emulsion polymerization of synthetic rubber. Dyspergator OSKAR by PCC Group conforms to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), Annex II – Poland.
