Rokopol® M5000 by PCC Rokita is an ethoxylated and propoxylated triol, based on glycerine. It contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. It is easily soluble in acetone, methanol and slightly soluble in hot water. Suitable for cold and hot cure moldings. Used in the production of polyurethane elastomers as well as slabstock foams, particularly for high hardness foams. Recommended in systems for semi-flexible foam moldings. Rokopol® M5000 can also be used in systems for microcellular foams. Rokopol® M6000 by PCC Rokita is an athoxylated and propoxylated triol based on glycerine. It contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. It is easily soluble in acetone, methanol and slightly soluble in hot water. Particularly suitable for the production of high resilience molded and slabstock foams. It is also recommended for use in systems for semi-flexible foam moldings and in specialised slabstock foam production where high hardness foams are required. Rokopol® M6000 also may be used in systems for microcellular foams and manufacture of polyurethane elastomers. Rokopol® M6010 by PCC Rokita is an ethoxylated and propoxylated triol based on glycerine. It contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. It is easily soluble in acetone, methanol and slightly soluble in hot water. Rokopol® M6010 used in the production of high resilience (HR) block and molded polyurethane foams. Rokopol® V700 by PCC Rokita is glycerine based polyoxyalkylene triol. Contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. Rokopol® V700 is easily soluble in methanol, acetone and slightly soluble in cold water. Used in the production of viscoelastic polyurethane foams. Rokopol® iPol by PCC Rokita is suspension of polymeric material in a reactive polyether polyol. It contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. Used in the production of flexible high resilience foams. Rokopol® iPol can also be used in CMHR slab stock foam, where it has the advantage of requiring relatively low levels of FR additives. Rokopol® MH2000 by PCC Rokita is an ethoxylated and propoxylated sorbitol. It contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. It is easily soluble in acetone, methanol and slightly soluble in cold water. Rokopol® MH2000 is used in the production of high resilience (HR) block as well as molded foams and other polyurethane plastics. Rokopol® RF551 by PCC Rokita is a polyol based on sorbitol. It contains an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. It has good solubility in methanol. Offers low viscosity, medium functionality and low reactivity. Foams manufactured form Rokopol® RF551 provides excellent flow properties and good mechanical properties. Recommended for the production of rigid polyurethane foams. Rokopol® MS5240 by PCC Rokita is a suspension of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer in reactive polyoxyalkylene triol. It contains 40% copolymer and an advanced BHT free antioxidant system. Can be used in the production of high resilience slabstock as well as molded foams and other polyurethane plastics. Nonylphenol based propoxylated Mannich base. It is of low viscosity. It enhances thermal and dimensional stability. Rigid polyurethane foams manufactured from this polyol are characterized by uniform fine cell structure and high closed cell content. Utilization of Rokopol RF151 in rigid foam formulations decreases flame retardant and catalyst content. It offers excellent mechanical properties of rigid sprayed foams and PUR/PIR core in sandwich panels. Can also be used in PU rigid block and molded foam systems. Rokopol® D1002 by PCC Rokita is a combination of polyoxypropylenediol and polyether polyol. It contains butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)-free antioxidants. This product by PCC Group is a homogeneous clear liquid. It is chemically stable and is soluble in methanol & acetone but slightly soluble in hot water. Rokopol® D1002 is used in elastomers, prepolymers and spray foam for the building industry.
