Pationic® AS33 by Patco Products is a specialty ester. Acts as an antistatic agent. It is compatible with PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.1-0.3%. Pationic® 1042 KRF by Patco Products is glycerol monostearate (monoester content is 50%). Acts as an antistatic and release agent. It is compatible with PE, PP and rigid PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Pationic® 1042 KRF usage level is 0.15-1.0%. Pationic® 1052 KB by Patco Products is glycerol monostearate. Acts as an antistatic, release agent and lubricant. It is compatible with PE, PP and rigid PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.15-1.0% as antistatic agent and release agent and 0.5-1.0% as lubricant. Pationic® 925 by Patco Products is a lactic acid derivative. Acts as a lubricant and neutralizer. It is compatible for PE, PP, rigid PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.03-0.10% as lubricant and 0.03-0.15% as neutralizer. Pationic® 1530 by Patco Products is a specialty ester (monoester content is 50%). Acts as a dispersing agent. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.1-2.0%. Pationic® 919 by Patco Products is glycerol tristearate. Acts as a lubricant and release agent. It is compatible for PE and EPS. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Pationic® 919 usage level is 0.3-1.0% as lubricant for EPS and 1.0-2.0% as lubricant for Polyethylene rotomolding. Pationic® 901 RF by Patco Products is glycerol monostearate (monoester content is 95%). Acts as an antistatic, mold release agent. It is compatible with PE, PP, rigid PVC and EPS. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.15-1.0%. Pationic® 1061 by Patco Products is glycerol monooleate (monoester content is 50%). Acts as an anti-fogging, dispersing agent and lubricant. It is compatible with rigid PVC and PE. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 1.0-2.0% as anti-fogging agent for PVC films, 0.5-2.0% as anti-fogging agent for polyolefins and 0.5-1.0% as lubricant. Pationic® 1052 A by Patco Products is glycerol monostearate (monoester content is 50%). Acts as a blocking- and anti-static agent. It is compatible for LDPE foams. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Pationic® 1052 A usage level is 0.5-1.5%. Pationic® 907 by Patco Products is glycerol monooleate. Acts as an anti-fogging agent and lubricant. It is compatible with rigid PVC and PE. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 1.0-2.0% as anti-fogging agent and 0.5-1.0% as lubricant.
