Pationic® AS33 by Patco Products is a specialty ester. Acts as an antistatic agent. It is compatible with PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.1-0.3%.
Pationic® 1042 KRF by Patco Products is glycerol monostearate (monoester content is 50%). Acts as an antistatic and release agent. It is compatible with PE, PP and rigid PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Pationic® 1042 KRF usage level is 0.15-1.0%.
Pationic® 919 by Patco Products is glycerol tristearate. Acts as a lubricant and release agent. It is compatible for PE and EPS. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Pationic® 919 usage level is 0.3-1.0% as lubricant for EPS and 1.0-2.0% as lubricant for Polyethylene rotomolding.
