Pationic® 1052 KB by Patco Products is glycerol monostearate. Acts as an antistatic, release agent and lubricant. It is compatible with PE, PP and rigid PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.15-1.0% as antistatic agent and release agent and 0.5-1.0% as lubricant.
Pationic® 925 by Patco Products is a lactic acid derivative. Acts as a lubricant and neutralizer. It is compatible for PE, PP, rigid PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.03-0.10% as lubricant and 0.03-0.15% as neutralizer.
Pationic® AS33 by Patco Products is a specialty ester. Acts as an antistatic agent. It is compatible with PVC. Used in plastic-based food packaging and containers, as well as, plastic foam for packaging furniture and other durable goods. Usage level is 0.1-0.3%.
