Unifoam AZ VI-10 by Otsuka Chemical is a foaming agent for EVA, PVC and rubber foaming. It is composed of azodicarbonamide. It offers high solubility & dispersibilty, high gas volume, adjustable decomposition temperature, low mold contamination and high storage stability. This lightweight grade exhibits excellent elasticity, air permeability, retractility, vibration proofing, thermal insulation and sound insulation. Unifoam AZ VI-10 is designed for calendaring, coating, injection molding and extrusion. Unifoam AZ VI (HJ) by Otsuka Chemical is a foaming agent for PVC, EVA, and rubber foaming. It is composed of azodicarbonamide. This lightweight grade exhibits excellent elasticity, air permeability, retractility, vibration proofing, thermal insulation, and sound insulation. Unifoam AZ MI-50P is recommended for cross-linked PE foaming, construction, and automotive applications. Unifoam AZ Ultra by Otsuka Chemical is aodicarbonamide. It is most widely used foaming agent for plastics and rubbers. Possesses perfect anti-caking qualities, and a low percentage of dust. Is extremely effective for anti-caking and low dust applications. Exhibits good safety, easy handling, abounding gas yield, and very good dispersiveness. Offers solidification prevention, dust prevention, low bulk density. Unifoam AZ Ultra is used for polymers like PVC, PP, PE, PS, EVA, ABS, and rubbers. Unifoam AZ M10D by Otsuka Chemical is a blended foaming agent for PVC. It can control foaming temperature. It offers high degree of whiteness and high magnification. Unifoam AZ M10D is recommended for wall paper and floor materials. Unifoam AZ NU-1 I by Otsuka Chemical is a blended foaming agent. It offers high degree of whiteness and high magnification. It can control foaming temperature. Unifoam AZ NU-1 I is recommended for PE wire covering. Unifoam AZ P-2 by Otsuka Chemical is an inorganic foaming agent based on inorganic carbonate and sodium bicarbonate. It provides whiteness which reduces discoloration in foamed material. It offers reduced die contamination, metal corrosion and molding time through endothermic decomposition. Unifoam AZ P-2 is recommended for construction materials, furniture parts, rubber roll, automotive interior & exterior parts and consumer electronic components.
